Privacy Policy

ProStack NG Technologies ("we", "us", "our") is a technology company registered in Nigeria and operating from Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. We build and operate digital platforms including AutoReport, ProTrackNG, ClubOps, and the ProStack NG website. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website and products.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data — name, job title, company name
• Contact data — email address, phone number
• Enquiry data — messages, project descriptions, application forms
• Payment data — transaction reference, amount, payment status (we do not store card numbers — Paystack handles card processing)
• Usage data — pages visited, browser type, IP address, device type (via analytics)
• Communications — emails and messages you send us

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries, project briefs, scholarship applications, and job applications
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Deliver services you have contracted or enrolled for
• Send service-related communications (not marketing unless you opt in)
• Understand how our website is used so we can improve it
• Comply with legal obligations under Nigerian law

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019, we process your data on the following bases:

• Consent — where you have actively submitted a form or opted in
• Contractual necessity — to deliver services you have purchased or agreed to
• Legitimate interests — to improve our products and respond to business enquiries
• Legal obligation — to comply with Nigerian law and regulatory requirements

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS in compliance with applicable data residency requirements). We apply Row-Level Security (RLS) to all database tables. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.

We limit access to personal data to staff who need it to perform their role. All staff are subject to confidentiality obligations.

No system is 100% secure. If you become aware of a security concern relating to your data, contact us immediately at hello@prostackng.com.ng.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Paystack — payment processing (Nigeria). Subject to Paystack's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery
• Umami Analytics — privacy-respecting, cookieless website analytics. No personal data is stored.
• ImprovMX — email forwarding for prostackng.com.ng addresses

Our website uses minimal cookies required for core functionality (session management, security). We use Umami Analytics which is cookieless — it does not track you across websites and does not store personal data.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

As a data subject under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA)

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@prostackng.com.ng with the subject line "Data Rights Request". We will respond within 30 days.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• Enquiry and contact data — 2 years from last contact
• Payment records — 7 years (Nigerian tax law requirement)
• Job application data — 6 months from application date (or longer with your consent if shortlisted)
• Client project data — duration of engagement plus 3 years

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
